Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

This is a reference translation of the Spanish original. The Spanish version is the binding text, and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 governs the processing of your personal data. Where the two differ, the Spanish version prevails. Read the Spanish version.

1. Data controller

PROFIT7 (hereinafter "PROFIT7" or "we"), a precision longevity and wellness center based in El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website, WhatsApp or any other direct contact channel.

2. Data we collect

Depending on the channel and the reason for your contact, we may collect:

• Identification and contact details: name, telephone, email address, country of residence.
• Information you choose to share with us when describing your case or reason for enquiry by WhatsApp or through a form.
• If you proceed to a medical assessment: the health information needed to design your strategy (medical history, biomarkers, habits and goals), always under informed consent and medical confidentiality.
• Technical browsing data (pages visited, device type) collected in aggregate form by standard web analytics tools, when these are active.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a possible assessment or appointment.
• Design and follow up on your health strategy, if you become a patient.
• Coordinate travel and stay logistics when you travel from another country for your care.
• Communicate with you about your process, before and after your visit.
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations applicable to the provision of health and wellness services.

We do not use your health data for commercial purposes, and we do not share it with third parties outside your care, except where required by law.

4. Sensitive and health data

The health information you share during an assessment is sensitive data under Colombian law. We collect it only with your prior, express and informed authorization, and we process it under medical confidentiality. You are not obliged to authorize its processing, but without that information we cannot design a personalized strategy for you.

5. Your rights as the data subject

Under Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, you have the right to:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization granted for the processing of your data.
• Be informed about the use that has been made of your data.
• Withdraw your authorization and/or request deletion of your data, where no legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.
• Access, free of charge, the personal data of yours that has been processed.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at solicitudes@profit7.org stating your full name and your specific request. We will respond within the time limits set out in the law.

6. Information security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access. No system is infallible; in the event of any incident that could affect your data, we will inform you as the law requires.

7. Minors

The services described on this site are intended for adults. We do not deliberately collect data from minors through this site.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
